This workout will take place at Blue Mountain Recreation Area in Missoula, and we will meet at the main Blue Mountain Trailhead.
Dryland group ski conditioning workout will consist of a group jog around Blue Mountain with skiing-specific exercises interspersed throughout. Workouts will be led by Christi and Ethan Richards.
Bring exercise appropriate clothing and some water that you can fasten to your body (vest, waist belt, etc.). All levels are welcome!
