The Missoula Nordic Ski Club grooms the cross country ski trails at the Pattee Canyon Picnic Area, Lubrecht Forest, and the Rattlesnake Recreation Area.  Snow and grooming information for these and a number of other western Montana XC areas is available by clicking on the Snow Grooming tab above.  A schedule for most of the nordic races in the mountain northwest is available by clicking on the Race Calendar tab.  Please join by clicking the membership tab above to support our grooming.

The 2009-2010 newsletter is now online.  Note the change of date for the Ski Clinics which are now scheduled for Feb. 14 in the afternoon--see below. There will be a waxing clinic at Open Road on Feb. 9--see below.

The 2010 BarnelØpet free fun race for kids will be on Feb. 7 at the Lubrecht ski trails. The Klister Klassic race will be at the Neihart ski area on the same day.

• Sat, Feb. 13,  Legends of the Wulf Ski Race, Haggin Mountain.  Flyer and registration form.
• Sun, Feb. 14th, Adult and Kids Skate Ski Clinics, tentatively scheduled at Pattee Canyon (check here for definite location), 1-2pm for adults, 2:30-3:30pm for kids.  Instructors:  Kellie Carim and Dennis Feeney.
• Sun, Feb. 21, Great American Broken Binding Race, Whitefish, Kids race, 16km, 32km, and 48km options! Flyer.
